2019 Eternal Sunshine Viognier- Another coveted release from Eternal. Our Viognier has always been a heart breaker because you love it and want more, but we only make a barrel a year, so it goes quickly. I really just want to smell this wine. Such bright notes of citrus zest, green cantaloupe, followed by pineapple and lemon curd. The palate leads to a super smooth money finish! It makes you yell DYNOMITE! Lucky for you we increased our Viognier production to 3 barrels in 2019, but don’t delay because it will still go quickly. Drink now to 2029.
Aged 1 year in French oak.

Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a Sommelier Brad loves wine that show a true sense of where that wine came from. “Its enjoyable to be able to taste 2 different wines made from vineyard directly next to each other. You can harvest the same day and even do the same additions but the final product will be dramatically different due to the native yeast in the vineyard and the micro terrior of each vineyard.” Eternal wines focuses on native yeast, small lot productions with an emphasis on Rhone varietals and age worthy wines.
