Tasting notes
2020 Eternal Wines ‘Eternal Lust’ Albarino- Souced from the Otis Vineyard, this was basket pressed and then fermented for 30 days before being stored in oak barrels. Very bright with kiwi, gooseberry and nutty tones on the palate, the soft texture adds to the intrigue. Enjoy now. Drink 2022-2025- 90

Otis Vineyard, one of Washington's oldest vineyards.
Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a Sommelier Brad loves wine that show a true sense of where that wine came from. “Its enjoyable to be able to taste 2 different wines made from vineyard directly next to each other. You can harvest the same day and even do the same additions but the final product will be dramatically different due to the native yeast in the vineyard and the micro terrior of each vineyard.” Eternal wines focuses on native yeast, small lot productions with an emphasis on Rhone varietals and age worthy wines.
