Eternal Echo 2017 Syrah
2017 Eternal Echo Syrah
Gamache Vineyard
100% Syrah
Eternal Wines
Tasting notes
· This wine smells exactly like Violet from Willy Wonka and The Chocolate factory. Warm caramel, peanut butter truffle brownies and even a little maple. This wine is a treat for sure. The full-bodied Syrah is deep, rich and decadent while the acidity remains leaving your mouth dry and refreshed. Even though most of this description describes a port this is not. It has 0 grams of sugar remaining.
Production notes
Production notes: The Syrah features the lowest amount of whole cluster berries. We destem about 80% of the fruit. The wine was aged in a neutral oak puncheon for 46 months!

Gamache vineyard in Basin City, WA
Columbia Valley AVA
Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a Sommelier Brad loves wine that show a true sense of where that wine came from. “Its enjoyable to be able to taste 2 different wines made from vineyard directly next to each other. You can harvest the same day and even do the same additions but the final product will be dramatically different due to the native yeast in the vineyard and the micro terrior of each vineyard.” Eternal wines focuses on native yeast, small lot productions with an emphasis on Rhone varietals and age worthy wines.
