Eternal Privilege 2019 Red Blend
2019 Eternal Privilege Bordeaux Blend
Hand picked by our winemaker and friends
Bogin Vineyard
Only 1 barrel produced
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet France, Merlot·
Bright bouquet of red and blue fruit, specifically, blueberry, and red currant with hints of leather, and cola. The palate reminds me of dry aged meats hanging in Italy. This wine starts light but builds complexity in your mouth leading to a spicy acid driven finish. These grapes very get too ripe at the vineyard but 2019 was by far the ripest we have ever gotten this fruit. This contributes to the meaty and blue fruit tones.

Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a Sommelier Brad loves wine that show a true sense of where that wine came from. “Its enjoyable to be able to taste 2 different wines made from vineyard directly next to each other. You can harvest the same day and even do the same additions but the final product will be dramatically different due to the native yeast in the vineyard and the micro terrior of each vineyard.” Eternal wines focuses on native yeast, small lot productions with an emphasis on Rhone varietals and age worthy wines.
