Drink Washington State 2021 Reserve Chardonnay
Drink Washington State 2021 Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay from Gamache Vineyard
White Bluffs AVA
Tasting notes
2021 Drink Washington State Reserve Chardonnay- generous butterscotch and honeydew with hints of lime and pineapple on the nose. On the palate this wine is smooth like butter and rolls down your throat too easily. Notes of green melon, lemon, and it finishes with a smooth ‘ya maan’ tropical acidity. Drink now - 5 years.

Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a sommelier he has tasted around the Washington AVAs and found certain areas that express the place and varietals to the fullest. This is the vision behind the Drink Washington State label, to take you on a tasting around Washington with out ever leaving your seat.
