Tasting notes
2018 Eternal Discovery Cabernet Sauvignon (Discovery Vineyard) Deep blueberry, red cherry, and an earthy mineral driven nose leads way to this bright Walla Walla Syrah. The palate shows bright red cherry, bing cherry, red raspberry, and green strawberry. This wine is always so dramatically different from our other single vineyard Syrah’s. This is perfect with appetizers and will compliment a mixed green salad perfectly!

Discovery Vineyard
Horse Heaven Hills
Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a Sommelier Brad loves wine that show a true sense of where that wine came from. Its enjoyable to be able to taste 2 different wines made from vineyard directly next to each other. You can harvest the same day and even do the same additions but the final product will be dramatically different due to the native yeast in the vineyard and the micro terrior of each vineyard. Eternal wines focuses on native yeast, small lot productions with an emphasis on Rhone varietals and age worthy wines.
