Tasting notes
Tasting notes: This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Tri-berry on the nose. (meaning you get blue, red and black fruit aromas on the nose. Drinking the Eternal Passion is like eating a fresh baked red cherry pie. You get the doughy fresh baked flavors with the red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry finish. This is a young smelling and tasting wine that will mature and continue to smooth out over the next decade easily.
Production notes
Production notes: The Cabernet was fermented in 1.5T bin. The Cabernet was pressed off after days. This was the 2ndyear working with the fruit and I had a better understanding of what it wanted to do. This wine was aged in 1 new French oak barrel and 1 three year old French oak barrel. We wanted to make a big and bold Cabernet.

Established in 2014 by owner and winemaker Brad Binko. Brad grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent time at Northeastern University, University at Buffalo, and the WWCC Enology and Viticulture program which he is a graduate of. He is a certified sommelier and ran fine dining wine programs in Charleston, SC before moving to Walla Walla to follow his dreams of making wine. As a Sommelier Brad loves wine that show a true sense of where that wine came from. “Its enjoyable to be able to taste 2 different wines made from vineyard directly next to each other. You can harvest the same day and even do the same additions but the final product will be dramatically different due to the native yeast in the vineyard and the micro terrior of each vineyard.” Eternal wines focuses on native yeast, small lot productions with an emphasis on Rhone varietals and age worthy wines.
