· This wine smells exactly like Violet from Willy Wonka and The Chocolate factory. Warm caramel, peanut butter truffle brownies and even a little maple. This wine is a treat for sure. The full-bodied Syrah is deep, rich and decadent while the acidity remains leaving your mouth dry and refreshed. Even though most of this description describes a port this is not.
